Kathy was a founding partner of and is now of counsel to the firm. She is a registered patent attorney with more than thirty years of experience counseling clients and protecting their intellectual property rights in patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and licenses.
Practice Areas
Kathy's practice currently focuses on trademark law. She provides strategic counseling and secures and maintains thousands of trademark registrations in the U.S. and abroad for a wide variety of U.S. and international clients.
Technical Expertise
She represents entrepreneurs, start-up companies, and established industry leaders in diverse fields including wine and food, nutritional and personal care products, fashion and clothing design, cleaning technology, construction, scuba diving products, internet commerce, direct sales marketing and a range of service industries.
