Don is a founding partner of the firm. He is a registered patent attorney and a former microwave engineer with more than fiftyy years of experience counseling and assisting clients in a broad range of intellectual property matters.

Practice Areas

Don's intellectual property practice includes strategic counseling, domestic and foreign patent and trademark prosecution, licensing, and dispute resolution. He also provides counseling in the field of product distribution, including the preparation of domestic and international distribution and sales agreements.

Brian Beverly is a founding partner of the firm and a registered patent attorney with over thity years of experience advising clients on intellectual property matters across a wide variety of industries.

Practice Areas

Brian's practice includes strategic counseling, domestic and foreign patent and trademark prosecution, licensing, and dispute resolution. He has extensive experience representing patent clients before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences (BPAI) and trademark clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
